Für die Sendung spricht auch nicht, dass sie dokumentarischen Charakter hat, denn das ist nicht der Fall. Gegen den dokumentarischen Charakter spricht nicht nur die vorgenannte reißerische Art und Weise der Aufmachung, sondern insbesondere, dass die gezeigten Fälle inszeniert sind.

Obwohl die Sendung den Eindruck zu vermitteln versucht, die gezeigten Chat-Protokolle seien authentisch, ist das schon prinzipiell unzutreffend. Es handelt sich nämlich gar nicht um Chats mit Minderjährigen. Vielmehr geben sich Erwachsene Personen als Minderjährige aus, um sich mit den "Tätern" zu verabreden. Selbst wenn denkbar wäre, dass sich ein "Täter" auch mit einer Minderjährigen verabredet hätte, this can not even close in the Chats shown, for they are indeed from the start just laid out to encourage the "offender" to a date.
